Nurses (LPNs, RNs)
Appomattox Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking RNs and LPNs. Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions available. Charge Nurses supervise CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Unit Manager. Qualifications & Skills:
o Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse o Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form o Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy o Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents We offer a competitive rate of pay and benefits package for full-time associates, including affordable health and dental insurance, paid time off, extra pay for holidays, 401k with company match, scholarship opportunities and continuing education.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
